Selecting Columns in the My Work Dashboard
You can add or remove selected columns to allow you to view various types of information. Each column can also be sorted by clicking on the column to sort. Valid column values include Appointment, Assignment Status, File Status, Location, Location Name, Claim Number, Owner, Vehicle, Assigned, Version, Audit, TL Valuation, Location Phone, City, Zip, Owner Phone, Mailbox ID, Insurance Company, Adjuster, Adjuster Phone, Claim Type, Year, Make, Model, Color, and Estimate $.
To select columns in the Workfiles screen
- Select the My Work Dashboard, and then select the Workfiles option from the My Work panel.
- Right-click on a column in the Workfiles pane, and then select Configure Columns.
- Select a column from the Available Columns panel, and then click the right arrow to move it to the Selected Columns panel.
- Click on the up and down arrows to change the column order of display.
- Click OK.
